By expressing his acceptance of this term, the Holder consents and agrees that BRAVIA EDUCAÇÃO HOLDING S.A. (Link School of Business), CNPJ/ME nº 31.239.816/0001-04, headquartered at Av. Brigadeiro Luís Antônio, nº 4.980, Jardim Paulista, CEP 01402-002, in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, hereinafter referred to as Controller, make decisions regarding the processing of your personal data, data referring to users or data necessary for the provision of services offered by Link, as well as carry out the processing of such data, involving operations such as those referring to the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or information control, modification, communication, transfer, diffusion or extraction.
The Controller is authorized to make decisions regarding the treatment and to process the following personal data of the Holder:
Date of birth
Number and image of the Identity Card (RG)
Number and image of the Individual Taxpayer Registration (CPF)
Number and image of the National Driver's License (CNH)
Level of education or schooling
Phone numbers, WhatsApp and email addresses
Specific username and password for using the Controller's services
Communication, verbal and written, maintained between the Holder and the Controller
In addition, the Controller is authorized to make decisions regarding the treatment and to carry out the treatment of the following data entered by the Holder, with the intention of obtaining the provision of the services offered by the same, such as, for example, Assignment of ISBN, Catalog File, Letter of Exclusivity, Participation in Fairs and Events, etc.
The processing of personal data listed in this term has the following purposes:
Enable the comptrollership to identify and contact the Holder for commercial relationship purposes.
Enable the comptrollership to draw up commercial contracts and issue charges against the Holder.
Enable the comptrollership to send or provide the Holder with its products and services, whether remunerated or free of charge.
Enable the comptrollership to structure, test, promote and advertise products and services, whether or not customized to the Holder's profile.
Enable the comptrollership to use such data in the registration, disclosure, awarding of interested participants in Events, Awards or Contests.
Enable the comptrollership to use such data in the preparation of reports and issuance of products and services;
Enable the comptrollership to use such data for its Communications;
Enable the comptrollership to use such data for the issuance of Invoices and related financial documents; and
Enable the comptrollership to use such data to facilitate the provision of various services in addition to those primarily contracted, provided that the customer also demonstrates interest in contracting new services.
The Controllership is responsible for maintaining security, technical and administrative measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of inappropriate or unlawful treatment.
Pursuant to art. 48 of Law No. 13,709, the Controller will notify the Holder and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) of the occurrence of a security incident that may entail risk or relevant damage to the Holder.

The Controllership will be able to keep and process the Holder's personal data for the entire period in which they are relevant to the scope of the purposes listed in this term. Anonymized personal data, without the possibility of association with the individual, may be kept for an indefinite period.
The Holder may request, at any time, that the Holder's non-anonymized personal data be deleted, upon request to the e-mail address [email protected].
The Holder is aware that it may be impracticable for the Controller to continue providing products or services to the Holder after the elimination of personal data.
The Holder has the right to obtain from the Controllership, in relation to the data processed, at any time and upon request:
I – confirmation of existence of treatment;
II – access to data;
III – correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
IV – anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or treated in violation of the provisions of Law No. 13,709;
V – portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request and observing commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with the regulation of the controlling body;
VI – deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the holder, except in the hypotheses provided for in art. 16 of Law No. 13,709;
VII – information from public and private entities with which the controller carried out shared use of data;
VIII – information on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of the refusal;
IX – revocation of consent, pursuant to § 5 of art. 8 of Law No. 13,709.
This consent may be revoked by the Holder, at any time, upon request to the e-mail address [email protected].
The General Law for the Protection of Personal Data nº 13.709/2018, in its article 14, paragraph 1, defines that the processing of personal data of children must be carried out with the specific consent given by at least one of the parents or legal guardian, that expressly authorizes the collection and processing of your data through this Declaration.
